JOHNS CREEK, Ga. – The sixth annual Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce Business Expo remains perhaps the biggest business event in the city.
For the sixth straight time, the event has sold out and most of the exhibitors have been coming back every year.
Chamber President John Bemont says it is all due to the enthusiasm of the business community.
“We go the extra mile for the exhibitors, and they just love the exposure they get,” Bemont said. “We encourage participation among our members and to support one another.”
Once again the chamber took advantage of the generous meeting space at The Bricks at Perimeter Church.
“We go to the extremes to make businesses feel welcome at the expo and to do all we can for them,” Bemont said. “The one thing we might do a better job on is letting the public know they are welcome to come.”
Johns Creek has a thriving business community but a lot of people just do not realize it, Bemont said.
“And it is not necessary to be a chamber member to get a booth at the expo,” he said. “Of course once they come and see the organization and the benefits, they often join up.”
